Sally is considered a resident NDIS Wonderwoman. She packs a punch with her huge NDIS knowledge, intellect and energy. Sally has diverse experience across financial services, human services, B2B, B2C, for-profit and for purpose industries around the world. Sally is especially passionate about marketing products, services, spaces and experiences for people with a disability.
Sally is a dynamic trainer and presenter, a Certified Practicing Marketer and lecturer in Marketing at the University of Newcastle. She is a Director of the Centre for Universal Design and a past member of the NSW Disability Council.
Sally was also the CEO of a disability service provider during the Hunter NDIS trial. And, she finished her Masters at Harvard (did we mention she’s dynamic?). One of Sally's three daughters, Nicky, who passed away in 2018, was an NDIS participant for four years. Sally translates her personal and professional experience into a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities for business.

Vanessa has over two decades of experience working in the disability sector. She has worked predominately for the State Government and has held a variety of positions, including Senior Policy Officer, Licensing Manager – Licensed Boarding Houses and Senior Projects Officer.
The most rewarding part of her role as a Support Coordinator with Auscare Support is being able to work with people with a disability and to witness their self-driven success.
Away from work, Vanessa enjoys going to the beach, trying to garden and spending time with her kids and pets at home.

Jo has over 20 years of experience in the disability sector and has worked in a number of roles, including Behaviour Intervention Consultant, Complex Case Manager, Disability Services Manager, Client Services Manager, Operations Manager, Program Manager, Training Organisation Manager, Local Area Coordinator and Support Coordinator.
Jo loves to connect with the people in her community and support her clients to achieve their goals by understanding their funded supports and how to use their funding as effectively as possible to meet their needs.
In her spare time, Jo enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two gorgeous grandsons. She also loves cooking up a storm, watching Rugby Union, gardening, swimming and relaxing.
